All orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

During peak seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 2-4 business days

  • Tracking provided

Express Shipping

  • Delivery within1-2 business days

  • Tracking provided

Overnight Shipping (if available)

  • Delivery next business day

  • Order must be placed by 1.30 PM local time

Delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.


🌍 3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: Within India

Some remote locations may take longer than standard delivery times.


💰 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and size of the items

  • Selected shipping method

  • Destination address

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product (if applicable).

  3. We will assist with claims and resolution.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is dispatched. Extra charges may apply if redelivery is required.
